Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

• Opened bedding items (pillows, sheet sets, bed canopies)
• Used play mats and cushions
• Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fairydot.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
